User Instructions for Respiratory Medicine iFeedAssess Smart TutorBot

Welcome to the Respiratory Medicine iFeedAssess Smart TutorBot! This tool is designed to enhance your learning experience by providing a structured, interactive quiz with immediate feedback and automated certification. Please follow the steps below to use the system effectively:

Step 1: Access the Web App

• Open the provided link to access the Smart TutorBot Web App.

• Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).

Step 2: Login to Start

• Enter your email address (must be a valid email).

• Enter your full name as you wish it to appear on the certificate.

• Click the "Start Test" button to begin.

Step 3: Answer Questions

• Each question will display a case-based stem, a list of 4 answer options (A-D), and a timer indicating the maximum time allowed.

• Select one answer only. If you do not select within the given time, the question will be marked as unanswered.

Step 4: Immediate Feedback

• After you submit an answer:

  • If correct, you will immediately move to the next question after a short pause.

  • If incorrect, the system will lock your answer and display detailed feedback for 30 seconds.

  • You cannot change your answer after submission.

Step 5: Track Your Progress

• Your current score and category will be displayed.

• Your performance is recorded for each question including response time and correctness.

Step 6: Completion and Certificate

• Once all questions are answered, a summary page will show your final score.

• A personalized PDF certificate will be automatically generated and emailed to you.

• You will also receive an email containing:

  • Your score.

  • Time spent.

  • Performance by category.

  • Review of incorrect answers and feedback.

Notes:

• This is a self-paced learning tool. Please take it seriously for your own benefit.

• Make sure to check your spam folder if the certificate email doesn't appear within 10 minutes.

• If you face technical issues, contact the system administrator.
